At Auchen Castle Hotel you can relax with an aperitif in the Castle Cocktail Bar, enjoy a lavish meal in the award winning Hotel restaurant, Le Cépage, and round the evening off with a wee dram in the Garden Lounge.
The award winning Auchen Castle Hotel restaurant, Le Cépage, enjoys an excellent reputation for the cuisine prepared by its chefs. All our meals are freshly prepared and, whenever possible, we use quality local produce. The restaurant team are very attentive and trained to deliver the very best of service.

Le Cépage restaurant has fabulous panoramic views of the Scottish Upper Annandale hills and the loch. This area of Dumfries and Galloway is particularly beautiful so why not soak up the atmosphere and take an after dinner stroll through our Italian gardens and woodlands.

We can alter the layout of Le Cépage to accommodate large events, be it traditional top tables for weddings with bespoke menus or round tables for corporate groups. Intimate dining at Le Cépage is also possible.
After dinner coffees or liqueurs can be enjoyed in the Castle Garden Lounge - the perfect evening setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside.
