Enjoy a relaxing break in our beautifully decorated 4-star licensed country house with award winning licensed restaurant (restaurant open Tuesday to Saturday, booking essential), in Innerleithen in the beautiful Tweed Valley.

Caddon View offers superior accommodation in the Scottish Borders. Set back from the road the house sits in its own mature grounds and has 8 very comfortable, individually designed bedrooms all equipped with those little extras to make you feel very much at home. We have ample parking and secure storage for bikes, fishing gear etc.

All rooms have a remote control colour television with Freeview, radio, alarm clock, plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, and en- suite shower/bathrooms (with the exception of the twin room, which has its own private bathroom just a few steps away) with complimentary Arran Aromatic toiletries. Superior rooms are larger than standard double rooms. Each room can also be made available to single guests if required. WiFi is free although not available in all of our rooms, however we can provide a desk area for your use.
