Cockburns Roost B&B is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Cockburnspath. The house is spacious sleeping up to 3 people with en-suite facilities in the large double bedroom, with private bathroom for the other single room. there are TV's in both bedrooms.
 
Cockburns Roost B&B is situated on both the Southern Upland Way and the John Muir Way, both set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views over the Firth of Forth to Fife. The area is also ideal for cycling.
 
Pease Bay is about a mile and a half from Cockburnspath, and is a well known centre for watersports, mainly surfing.
