Dining Along the Way - If you have an itinerary supplied by us then this will stiplulate which accommodation providers will supply an evening meal (AP - Available with accommodation provider), which locations you will be required to eat locally (AL - Available locally) and which accommodation providers will supply an evening meal due to there being no options available (MPO - Meal pre ordered), the likely locations for this are Wanlockhead and Longformacus.

We would advise anyone wishing to confirm any arrangements or to advise accommodation providers of any special dietary requirements to contact the accommodation provider directly.

Upon confirmation of your booking with us we do ask for special requirements and will pass on this basic information on on your behalf.

Meals must be paid for as taken and are not included in any itinerary packages supplied by SUW.com.

Packed Lunches

Should you require a packed lunch please advise your accommodation provider the evening before or on arrival. These must be paid for before departure.

Some locations do have local shops were food can be purchased but be aware that they may not be open prior to you leaving the next day. These are: Portpatrick, St Johns Town of Dalry, Sanquhar, Moffat, Gala/Melrose.
