Route Description
A long waymarked trail through open hill country and forest plantation, ending at the beautiful Loch of the Lowes and St. Mary's Loch. Return by public transport or arrange a lift. The walk can be shortened by turning northwestwards down the Selcoth Burn, but there is a long walk back to Moffat and Beattock along the busy A708.
