Notes: Despite it’s relatively small stature, Mochrum Fell commands fine views across the Glenkens and south towards Screel and the Lake District Hills.

Route Description
1. Take the unclassified road signed Howmuir and Arvie out of Corsock, taking the L fork up onto the open moor. Continue into the forest plantation descending towards a farm drive. Turn R towards Mochrum Farm.

2. The road bends towards the farm at a track junction into the forest. This loops around joining a track which encircles Mochrum Fell. Turn R and then L at each of three track junctions before passing high behind Mochrum Farm to meet the outward route.

3. Turn R onto the farm drive, L and L again to return to Corsock.
