Remedial Massage is a therapy used by millions of people world-wide to alleviate physical problems of a skeletal or muscular nature.

Remedial Massage involves gentle manipulation of soft tissue. Combined with proper use of Aromatherapy oils, it can be very settling and comforting on the body in so many ways.

 Conditions Massage Can Help With..

    * Skeletal and muscular problems
    * Stress and Anxiety
    * Mobility problems
    * Poor circulation
    * Trapped or restricted nerves

There are many other instances where conditions react well to massage so please feel free to phone me and discuss your particular situation.

When to get advice or avoid treatment..

    * If you are feverish or under the weather
    * Have had a recent accident
    * Have dizziness or nausea
    * Have wounds, severe rash, sunburn or heavy bruising
    * Certain cases of illness/condition should be approved by your Medical Professional. e.g. Cancer, recent surgery, HBP, Pregnancy etc.

Massage can be used as a compliment to Orthodox medicine. I would recommend if you are in any doubt to contact your GP for approval. Most people are suited to Massage.

Massage should not be seen as an alternative to medical treatment from your Doctor, but a complimentary one.
