Location Information

The Grange is a small friendly guest house bed and breakfast in Lauder which is ideal for walkers who are walking the Southern Upland Way.

It is equally ideal for people travelling to or from Edinburgh (it is only 25 miles south of Edinburgh).

Your hostess Ruth Gerrard is very welcoming, and The Grange is a relaxed and happy place to stay.

The Grange has 5 bedrooms; two with a double bed; one with ensuite shower, a twin room, a single and a family room sleeping 3. All rooms have double glazing, central heating, and tea and coffee making facilities.

There is also a bathroom/shower and two toilets and all rooms with the exception of the single have wash hand basins.

Together with the elegant dining room, there is a separate sitting-room with television and an open fire for those typically Scottish chilly winter evenings.
