Location Information

This centrally located B&B that was opened in the Spring of 2006, following a total refurbishment, offers the visitor to Melrose and the Scottish Borders a first class experience in very well appointed surroundings.

A warm welcome awaits each visitor from Mr & Mrs Fleming who will ensure that your stay, be it a single night or several, will be memorable. All our bedrooms are recently redecorated and are en-suite.

Being established within a substantial stone built house of the 19th century no two rooms are the same so whichever room you get it will be individualistic and full of character. In the morning you will receive an appetising breakfast that will suit those who enjoy a full traditional Scottish breakfast to those who look for the healthy options. This is served within a stunning dining room that is bright and shows off the character of this building.

We are not only here to meet your B&B requirements, we hope that through this website and personal contact we can provide the supporting information and suggests on how you can enjoy your time in Melrose and surrounding area.
