Vehicle Support Info & Terms and Conditions - Times are strictly as below and clients are requested to adhere to these as much as possble as delays will affect other walkers at other collection points.
- Route direction signs at Craigenbay and
Stroanpatrick each have an additional sign ‘Pick up Point’.
- Please take our mobile number in case of
delays – 07747 691447
- We will endeavour to arrive 15 minutes early
to collect you should you make good time during your walk.
- Should you not make the pickup point by
the stipulated time and be unable to contact us by mobile telephone, don’t
worry we will not leave you!
- Our policy is to wait no more than 30
minutes, if you still fail to show we will make efforts to locate you.
- If we are required to locate you we
reserve the right to transfer you from this point thus reducing your walk
as it is likely that we have walkers at other locations waiting to be
collected.
- In the event that we are required to
locate you we reserve the right to charge for the additional mileage.
- In the event that we are required to
leave and return for you at a later time this will incur an additional
charge.
- Collection may be subject to a delay
should walkers being transferred before you be late and we shall make
every effort to be with you as soon as possible.
- A 25% Deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance paid in full either on or prior to the first collection date.
- A 25% cancelation policy applies.

If vehicle support at Wanlockhead is part of your itinerary please call at
the Garage B&B (60 yards off the route heading up the hill as you walk through the village) to
arrange a suitable time with Mrs Emily Williamson. Please
